1/3/12 - 1.3 miles today just in my little pasture. Gorgeous day ... about 45 degrees out. First ride since my back injury. Kahlua was a bit fiesty, so I made sure not to get the better of me, but kept it short all the same. Brushed her nice and clean afterwards, and then watched her roll in the dirt as soon as I put her back in the pasture. Brat!

1/9/12 - 1 mile - My first solo ride on Kahlua out in the open. Rode her up and down my canal bank. She did very well! I'm super excited!
